Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases from American Precast Concrete Inc. ("APC"), operator of apcwheelstops.com. By placing an order or submitting a purchase agreement, you agree to these terms.

Pricing & Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices are FOB Pomona, CA. Freight charges are additional and quoted separately. APC reserves the right to adjust pricing for orders placed after a quote has expired.

Prices on this website are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in your quote and order confirmation.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written agreement. Standard payment terms are net 30 for established accounts; prepayment may be required for new customers or large orders. APC accepts check, ACH transfer, and major credit cards.

A deposit of up to 50% may be required for custom orders or large-volume orders before production begins.

Manufacturing & Lead Times

All APC products are manufactured to order. Lead times are provided at the time of order confirmation and represent good-faith estimates based on current production schedules. APC will notify you promptly of any changes to confirmed lead times.

APC is not liable for damages caused by delays due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including material shortages, carrier delays, labor disruptions, or natural events.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Products ship FOB Pomona, CA. Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer upon loading at our facility. See our Shipping Policy for full freight, liftgate, will-call, and damage claim procedures.

Product Warranties

APC warrants that products conform to the specifications provided at the time of sale and are free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of shipment. This warranty covers structural integrity defects attributable to manufacturing — not normal wear, surface cosmetics, or damage resulting from improper installation, overloading, or misuse.

To make a warranty claim, contact APC within the warranty period with documentation of the defect. APC will, at its option, replace the defective product or issue a credit. This is your exclusive remedy for product defects.

APC makes no other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond those stated here.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall APC's liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of our products exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim. APC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Installation

APC provides installation guidance documentation but does not perform installation services. Proper installation is the responsibility of the buyer. Failure to install per provided specifications may void the product warranty and create safety hazards.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
